San Diego Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show at The Bahia

The ChileCo Social at Catalina Offshore
The Social is one of the most unique events we have the privilege to be apart of. Chef Scotty and ChileCo truly create a magical experience every time. This social's elemental theme was "water" and Scotty couldn't have picked a better venue than Catalina Offshore.
The Social's long table design facilitates a wonderful social environment between the guests. Some we'd met before like Andy Halvorsen who is now chef and pitmaster at T&H Prime Meats and Sausage B.B.Q. While others we were introduced to for the first time, as was the case with KC Tucker of Holiday Wine Cellar who supplied the sake for the blind taste test.
The ambiance for the entire event fit really well with ChileCo's theme. The blue lighting and lounge furniture from Plush were a nice compliment to the cold metal of the fish coolers. Our buddy Tim Altbaum was also there to set the mood with some chill tunes.

Venue Experience at Star of the Sea with Culinary Concepts
Neither rain nor gloom could keep us from the completion of stunning decor for Culinary Concept's station at Star of the Sea's open house. The venue sits right next to the Star of India off Harbor Drive downtown and has a dazzling view of the bay. Culinary's crew were a blast to work with and we're looking forward to our next event together!
